How do I access my videos?

The process is automated.

  • You will receive the email with login and password.
  • Go to  https://www.immersionvideos.com/my-account
  • Login to your account.
  • If you don’t remember the password, click “Lost your password”
  • After login click on “Your Purchases” in the menu of the website. You will be redirected to the page having your purchased videos
How long do the videos take to download?

The download time depends on two main variables – the Internet speed and the size of the download file. We have reduced download file size as much as possible, while ensuring quality. We use Amazon S3 for file delivery so we have invested in one of the top file delivery systems available anywhere.

 

Do I get a purchase confirmation email?

Yes. You will get confirmation and information on how to download your video. Please check your spam folder if you cannot see confirmation immediately. Do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find the confirmation and download instructions.

 

Can I get a DVD shipped to me?

No. All videos are only available for download and/or streaming.

I cannot find the download instructions?

Please check your spam folder if you cannot see confirmation immediately. Do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find the confirmation and download instructions.

 

Can I pay by check or money order instead of ordering online?

If you are paying by check or money order, we must have actual payment in our office before we can deliver your order.

As long as the check or money order is in US funds, yes, that is another way to place your order.

Please include the following: Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code, Phone Number, email address, item number, title, and quantity of each item you are ordering and also need to add shipping charges. If you email us the items that you are purchasing and your address, we can email back the exact shipping charges to add to your order.

 

Can I call in my purchase order?

No, we require a hard copy of your purchase order before we can ship your items. But you can email using the contact form.

 

Can I return items or can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

We’re so confident that our product will work that we’ll give you a full refund if it doesn’t. Use our product for 180 days and if you don’t see results, you’ll get 100% of your money back.
